Stages of an engagement
Scope & fit
We confirm the expansion question, decision deadline, and whether our model fits. You receive a short engagement letter with fee, timeline, and deliverables.
Evidence intake
Booking summaries, allotments, partner lists, and staffing constraints arrive in a shared folder. We schedule the kickoff workshop.
Field & desk work
Corridor walks, supplier conversations, and calendar modeling. Mid-point check-in flags early risks before the brief is drafted.
Brief & readout
Written expansion brief delivered, followed by a live readout with your ownership and operations leads. Follow-up questions answered for two weeks.

We are based in Yilan and travel island-wide for engagements. Depth varies by corridor; we say so in the proposal.
