Market Expansion Planning Engagement
For inbound operators, regional tour houses, and hospitality groups deciding where to place their next sales presence, product line, or partner network in Taiwan.
Who it is for
Operators with an established home corridor who are considering a second city base, a new visitor segment (for example agricultural tourism or FIT packages), or a heavier reliance on regional partners. You need a decision within one or two planning seasons — not a multi-year corporate strategy rewrite.
Result you receive
A written expansion brief covering candidate markets, demand seasonality, partner shortlist criteria, capacity and staffing risks, and a phased rollout sequence. The brief is designed for ownership or investor conversations and for your operations lead to execute against.
What is included
- Kickoff workshop with your commercial and operations leads
- Review of booking origin, product mix, and current supplier concentration
- Desk research plus targeted field walks in up to two candidate corridors
- Partner criteria scorecard and shortlist guidance
- Capacity and staffing risk notes tied to Taiwan holiday calendars
- Final written brief and a live readout session
What is excluded
- Contract negotiation or signing on your behalf
- Ongoing sales representation or call-center coverage
- Creative brand campaigns or paid media buying
- Legal entity formation or licensing filings
Provider, duration, delivery
Led by a senior advisor from Pulse Nova Fx Consulting, with field contacts brought in when a corridor requires additional local knowledge. Typical duration is six to eight weeks from kickoff to brief. Work combines remote document review with on-site sessions based from our Luodong office and travel into the candidate corridors.
Preparation we ask of you
Share anonymized booking summaries where possible, current allotment sheets, a list of existing hotel and coach partners, and the decision deadline you are working toward. Assign one internal owner who can answer operational questions within two business days.
Constraints
We engage one primary corridor focus per project. Additional corridors can be scoped as an add-on. Peak-season field days book early; request scheduling at least three weeks ahead of Lunar New Year and summer holiday windows.
Pricing basis
Fixed project fee starting from NT$180,000, adjusted for corridor count, bilingual deliverables, and rush timelines. See rates for estimate factors. A 40% commencement deposit confirms the calendar.
Next step
Send a consultation request describing your operator type and the expansion question on the table. We reply within two business days with fit notes.
